Pretty normal unless they have massively ballooned up! Keep an eye on it but I’m sure it’s just the heat xx
I've also experienced it for the first time this week at 39 weeks which I've put down to the heat.
Mine jiggle with every step! It’s been worse this time because of the heat. My first was a winter baby and my feet swelled the night I went into labour. Crocs are my best friends right now!
My midwife said you can get slippers that go in the freezer that are amazing for swollen feet from Amazon - I haven’t tried them but sounds genius!
I do have it now but because of the heat, which is super normal
Your feet will swell now as your in the final weeks of pregnancy so it’s the added weight your carrying of course your hands, legs and feet can also swell in the heat, I had this a week ago! Keep your feet up and make sure there above your heart when resting. I was told by my midwife that as long as your legs don’t feel warm to the touch and aren’t hard and also not turning red it’s not alarming. Look out for any instant headaches also hope this helps :)
I noticed my feet are swollen this week too, I'm 36+4. Midwife seemed to think it was normal in this heat unless you have anything else worrying you but give them a call if unsure. It is uncomfortable!
