Sleeping on back

I’ve completely forgotten at what point you’re supposed to stop sleeping on your back - I’m 17 weeks now and feel like I should have stopped by now but i havent 🫢

Says online after 28 weeks I didn’t even realise this was a issue I do now x

My book said already and I’m 14 weeks but online says much later 🙃 unhelpful! I keep waking up on my back 🙈

NHS advice is third trimester, I believe!

Thanks! I had a great pregnancy pillow last time that had a bit to stop you rolling on your back, will need to find out which one it was, ive forgotten everything 😂

I think it was the pregnancy birth and beyond one! But they merge into one tbh, admittedly I don’t think it said “don’t sleep on your back” I think it was more “start to think about pregnancy pillows” etc
