we also do daily probiotic bulgarian yogurt with hemp seeds, flax seed , olive oil , honey and flakey salt you can add frozen fruit to it too and it keeps them sitting there longer scooping and chewing on it
My daughter will drink my smoothies if I get one. I’m planning on making homemade fruit snacks with fruits and veggies soon to see if she’ll eat those. I give her the stoneyfield yogurt pouches with fruit/veggies in them too. That s all she’ll eat now though. She’s going through a phase where she refuses to eat unfamiliar things
@Bria we are in the same phase.. my son sees the food, shakes his head and swipes is it off his tray 🥲 I am really dreading meal time nowadays 😅
@Galina lol my daughter either shakes her head no and says “mm mm” or just runs away. Then she’ll pick it up and try to make us eat it while making the chomping sound 😂
@Nilo she loves these pouches, that’s what i give her too besides the veggie fries.
I should mention i think it’s a texture thing when it comes to fruits on the plate. But i think smoothies i will definitely give a try. She’ll chomp down on some veggie straws though.
There a thing called that it and they are at Costco they are fruit bars and they are 2 ingredients only and apple based with one other fruit. My son loves these but he is a huge fruit boy with the love of carrots lol!

frozen fruit smoothies! healthiest by far will be 1 cup frozen blueberries 1 cup frozen banana 1 cup orange juice this will make enough for you and baby depending how much juice you add . so refreshing in the morning. my little LOVES black beans , can be eaten alone with olive oil & flakey salt. with any type of eggs for breakfast or served with rice & add frozen veggies to it with butter for dinner. for snacks the golden kiwis are great as well as sweet oranges
