To me it’s feels like little bubbles popping inside down low. Or like there’s something tiny inside lightly tapping away at times (quite literally) tends to be after I’ve eaten or had a cold drink. Getting more regular as days goes on especially this week currently 19+1. This is my 2nd pregnancy so know what to look out for and have felt him much earlier than I did my first son. It’s the most amazing feeling 💙💞
@Sarah Oldman I have this but when I googled pulsing it said its due to the increased blood flow to the uterus etc. Like I am never sure whether I feel anything or if it'd gas, digestion etc x
@Tanya thank you... feel like I'm over thinking it but because I just don't know how it feels or what to expect I just can't work it out and flutters /bubbles I can't even work out what that means! 🤣x
I’m 20 weeks and I think I felt small movements around 16-17 weeks it just felt like gass moving or something. I think once you feel baby move you just know xx
I wasn't sure either until my 20 week scan, and then the sonographer confirmed that her feet are where I had been feeling something! 👣 Mine feels like very light tapping or almost like a twitch in my tummy. I haven't felt flutters or popping as it is often described as x
At first it felt like "flutters" or bubbles popping. Then it developed into more little rolls and tiny tapping sensations. Now its full on kicks and then rippling sensation when she rolls ( 22 weeks).
Sometimes it feels like nervous pre-interview tummy but really low down. Other times it's like one or two strong pulses, like my own heartbeat, but where baby is. Sometimes it just feels like the threat of diarrhoea 😂 I think it's all pretty gross-feeling at this stage. She rolled last week it felt like a squid 🐙
At first it’s flutters like you have just had something roll down tummy. Or like going on a ride. Then that goes to flicks from the inside. And I can see those when watching. I think I was the same as you at 19 wks I wasn’t sure but then with the flicks you are sure. Could be a couple of weeks yet xx
Feels like him pushing or poking me or flipping around like a fish. I'm 22 weeks
The best way I can describe it is a feeling of a muscle twitch in your stomach! I never understood the “flutter” or “pop” definition because in my experience it felt nothing alike! Imagine that twitch feeling in your eye.. but in your stomach.. and as the baby grows bigger it feels more like a bigger leg twitch… but in your stomach! Soon you’ll see the kicks! It’s amazing. I do feel you’ll know it’s baby when you feel it for the first time, anything abnormal you’re feeling in your tummy, will be the baby.. however small or big 🩷
Hey, I’m the same as you and have no idea. 18w+5 - I feel like the inside of my belly is beating like I can feel my pulse on the inside. It’s hard to explain - This could be my pulse or heart beat but that is the only thing that is new. I wonder what it feels like too.
