Transition to cows milk 🐮🥛

For those of you who are planning on starting the transition soon… what ratio of cows milk to formula are you thinking of starting with? We’re in no rush but thinking somewhere along the lines of adding 1oz of cows milk to her formula, (she currently has x3 8oz bottles per day) and increasing the amount by an ounce every 2-3 days over the course of a few weeks… does this sound about right?

We’ve just fully transitioned - started off with 2oz cows milk in his formula for one day, 4oz cows milk on the second day and then because he did so well we just went straight for the full 7oz cows milk on day 3

I’m currently building up over a few days I’m hoping by mines birthday he will be off formula which is on Wednesdays

I've been doing it for a few weeks now my boy also has 8oz I started 5oz formula 3oz cows milk. Then after few days when was okay sid 4oz and 4oz this toom about 8 days to get passed as when I upped it he got the runs so stuck to it for longer. We've just changed to 5oz and 3oz now xx

We've gone for 50/50 straight off, started yesterday so waiting to see what today brings nappywise 😬

We’ve just transitioned the one bottle he has in the day directly to cows milk, and it took him a couple of days but he seems to drink it now. Will do the morning and night one once he turns 1.

We didn’t mix. I just gave her daytime bottle as cows milk in a sippy cup, then eventually changed her morning bottle and then when formula ran out bedtime bottle is now cows milk. I was worried mixing would give a peculiar taste and wanted to know how it would be on her tummy so just gave it at lunchtime xx

Thanks girls!! 🧡 x
