Taxi transfer from airport to hotel abroad. Car seat!

I am going on holiday in September with my LO, after the flight we want to get a taxi to our hotel (Cyprus) has anyone had any issues with getting a taxi from the airport to their hotel with needing a car seat for your baby? Or is there anything we can do before to ensure we have the transport?

The car seats even if provided won’t be at all safe/ appropriate for the age of your baby. If you’re going to get a taxi I’d take your own car seat. They will probably allow baby to sit on your lap but frankly if you were in an accident your baby likely wouldn’t survive it. It’s just not worth the risk, take your own and have a lovely holiday 😊

We recently travelled and booked a car seat with our hire car….. never again. It was (thankfully) just about age appropriate but it was exceptionally difficult to use and fit. Having gone through this experience, I would always suggest taking your own car seats abroad.
