@Emily awww honestly you should have heard the noises coming out of my last night trying to sit on my sofa and get comfortable 😂😂 you’d have thought I was 96😂
I can imagine 😂 I was screaming in the park every time I put my foot down 😂
I think it's normal! I started getting it around that time, I'm 15 weeks 5 days now and while it isn't consistent, it's definitely the worst lol
It’s definitely normal I had it throughout my first boy and getting it again with this one
@Breanna I’m glad it’ll easy off! It’s every day atm, more so of a night time x
Yeah it’s up there with one of the worst pains ever for me and it catches you off guard😖🤣! Mine did ease off tho like other day but I have kept having it it since having her. 😑😂
@Beth eeeeee don’t say that! 😂Poor you! Proper feel for ya!! Xx
@Chloë a big thing that helped me was take breaks of sitting and walking (depending on if I'm sitting a lot or standing a lot that day) and when I'm on the couch I try sitting with a pillow behind me to keep me in a better position vs rounding my lower back I also do deep squats, twists and lower back massages on the floor (massage it on the floor with my knees up) to help relieve pain
Oh my gosh, yes! I get this. It’s the worst!
Yes omg mine started at 14 weeks I DIED! It’s so awful. Definitely would recommend a pregnancy massage I ended up going every week lol. Definitely try and limit sitting to ease the pressure. Are you working? If you are try and get a workplace assessment. A good pair of shoes with lots of support to keep you even in overall. Pregnancy friendly soaks for the bath. Hang in there mama x
@Jess thee worst
@Luba these massages sound the bee knees! I’m gonna look into them! Are they pricy? Thanks gal x
They’re not the cheapest sadly but honestly it was worth cutting my spending elsewhere to make it happen. Have a look on like Treatwell and websites like that which list a number of providers x
Yes it's sciatica and it's a killer! 😭😅 I get it on and off since around the same time as you
