My midwife said this is normal they can go a few days without pooing, my little girl go two days without one and then has 3 at once😂 if you’re concerned about gas just bring her knees up to her tummy with gentle pressure that relieves my baby xx

My daughter was like this! But she was going like 4 days without pooing, and I found gripe water helped her a little, but I then took her to the drs because it was still not regular enough, and it turned out she had a intolerable to lactose but it took me a good 4 weeks for the drs to do something xx

I had the same problem, my LG was constipated and went 4 days without pooping, took her to A&E because it was a weekend and couldn't get to the GP.. they gave her a suppository and advised I get lactolose and give her 2.5ml for 2 - 3 weeks 1 - 2 times a day. After a couple weeks she's started pooping on her own and has been fine for almost 2 months. If you're worried, get it checked out xx

Is you LO EBF? If so, they can go days, a full week even in between poops. If EFF they should poop every day or every other day!

It's completely normal for them to not poo for a few days

My pediatrician said it’s normal for breastfed babies to go days without pooping. Mine when 6 days without popping once.

If you’re exclusively breastfeeding they can go up to either 5 or 6 days I believe with no poo! I remember I freaked out. But the drs told me it’s totally normal. Their bodies are soaking up alll the nutrients in your milk. So they just don’t need to go lol.

I asked my son’s pediatrician the same bc he’s earned the name muddy butt😂 and she said it’s normal, babies spend a lot of time on their back which doesn’t help and theyre also still learning to use their muscles.
