I don't nap in the day (work might have something to say😂). However, I have found my sleep quality has reduced hugely. I've taken to no phone an hour before bed, going to bed 30 mins earlier and no food or drink 2 hrs before sleep and that has helped!
@Heather naps vary cos of LO so I can never manage an early nap no matter what I do , takes him forever to fall asleep 🫠
@Loren defo will try no phone before bed tonight , the aimless scrolling is probably overstimulating me but it’s the only time I get to do me 😭
I find if I nap past 2pm I can't drop off easily at 10. Can you nap 12.30 to 2 instead?
