Yeah I get this and I'm 32 weeks it's very uncomfortable but don't think theres much we can do!
I’m 34 weeks and 5days, I feel the same way….the best thing to do to feel better is pelvic exercises. Stretch yourself, go for walks. It helps me a lot and I am currently not feeling those pressure as I do before. So you can try little stretches and pelvic exercises. Search on YouTube or Instagram you will see many examples. They are very simple
I have the exact same thing or occasionally he will put his arm like under my hip bone so when I move I feel it digging in and it really hurts. Think it's just coz they are getting themselves into position and depending into the canal as we get closer to our due dates x
