Daycare Transition

Hi all! Looking for some advice, experiences etc for the transition from home to daycare. My little one will be 10 months when he goes next month and I’m definitely a helicopter parent lol. We use the Nanit with the breathing band, I’m constantly worrying about him and we’re joined at the hip. Any advice for transitioning me with this? Thanks!
