Here for ideas!
I’m sorry I don’t have any suggestions just wanted to say we are also due a baby girl at the start of December who will be a little sister to 3yr old Chester!! 😍
@jess go with maeva it's beautiful and it's becoming more popular so people should be able to pronounce it more than you think. Plus if you both love it then it's the right name 🥰
We've been having trouble with girls names, we're rather alternative and like a name with meaning behind it but also lesser used names, we seem to settle on one then start to dislike it. We've been stuck for the last week on runa or rune, my husband thinks rune is too masculine and for some reason I just don't like runa, we've decided to just veto them both and look at Valkyries names 💁 the struggle is real! We had settled on a boys name 😭
@Jess I love Maeva, its lovely and I think it is one of those names that sits beautifully that it's unusual without being odd!
We've got Gwendoline and Evangelina as top runners and Ruth as middle name
The names we had on our list before we found out we’re having a boy were: Noelle (this was the fave), Arwen, Emmie, Maya, Gwen, Laurie, Meredith, Marianne :)
@Jess my little girl is a Maeva, I'm bias but we always thought it was such a pretty name! Surprisingly people have always got the pronunciation right, I've only ever had ' Maeve' like twice..
Yeah so we both love Maeva but I'm worried it's a bit too unknown and people would always be asking how to pronounce it etc. I proposed Elsie and Indie but other half is completely stuck on Maeva and can't move off it. So no idea what we will do 😂
