Dolichocephaly UK

Hi all. Anyone have a baby with this? What was the route. My son has had to lay up right on us due to problems with a milk allergy and baby wear for weeks. Only way we could keep him comfortable and could not lay him down. Now his head is narrow and flat at sides and elongated. I feel like crying when I look at him as hes had so much sand now his heads deformed but at same time have just tried to follow advise and keep him as comfortable as possible. Ifs now so long he can't lay on back so how will it ever improve? He's 6 weeks.
