I’ve been job hunting for a while now. I’m over worked and MASSIVELY underpaid.
The job market has been kinda crappy and it suddenly seems to have picked up. So I’m in the middle of three different second stage interviews for three very different roles. There’s only one I really LOVE, the other two I may just use as leverage to increase my salary in my current role.
PLOT TWIST: I’m about 6 weeks pregnant.
BUT if I receive an offer do I tell them I’m pregnant before I sign? Or sign and risk them not loving me for it once I join? I’m so conflicted. And so frustrated that a man would never have these concerns…

Firstly congratulations on your pregnancy and getting to the second stages of three different job roles!! I would suggest signing on the dotted line and if you can hide your pregnancy for a couple months before you say anything! They’ll for sure not be happy about it when you do tell them but women were born to procreate! Congratulations again!! 🎉
