Selective Fetal Growth Restriction

I’m 19 weeks pregnant and 3 days ago have been diagnosed with SFGR. They’ve worded it as I’m at Type 1 which gives my baby girls a 95% survival rate, but I’ve been told by consultants it can literally take a week for this to progress to type 2; this can give potential of a 60-90% chance of death with twins. As much as I’m in a positive place right now and being monitored weekly, mentally I’m struggling.. I’m terrified. Has anyone else been here before? Or going through the same thing? 😞💕

Been here before,my girls were born at 30 weeks as they were much safer out than in (in my case). They were in NICU for a while but are almost 4 now and doing amazingly ❤️good luck and try not to worry(easier said than done I know) xx

@Jamie Leigh that’s reassuring and also very good that you got to 30 weeks. I literally feel like a ticking time bomb as it can change within a week. Been told if complications occur and I start moving to stage 2 then earliest I can have them out to save both is 24-26 weeks, so I’m holding on to all hope for the next 4 weeks. 🫣
