No that’s ridiculous! My eldest at her old nursery didn’t settle in the 2 first sessions so we did 4 more sessions ( which I had to pay for ) and then after that they asked if I could drop her off and just wait nearby got 2 hours so if she didn’t settle I was close by, but she was fine and never had an issue since My little one was suspected autism but just has sensory issues. Her current nursery are brilliant with her sensory issues and lets her have a quiet space away from other children if she can’t settle with the others…. I do sometimes still have to pick her up if she won’t settle though, but it’s like once a month usually x
