Just passed a huge tissue clot

This is my second miscarriage. My first one was a missed miscarriage so I didn’t see any type of tissue. I gotta say I am a bit overwhelmed and traumatized seeing the tissue. I was prepared for this to happen but I didn’t know how I’d feel when it did. I don’t know what I’m feeling but I know I do feel a bit traumatized. I can still feel the toilet paper in my hand. I’m cramping a bit, some points worse than others and get nauseous mainly in the mornings. Any advice to get through this?? I’m sorry for anyone else going through this as well, I will always have an open ear for anyone who needs it. Love and light always 🩷
