Norwich mammas

I’m thinking of relocating to Norwich with my two daughters. We currently live in London but ready for a new start, I’m a single mum. Wanted to ask what areas are the best and safest for young families ? I don’t drive so need to be not too far from shops etc. would love your advice and suggestions?

Cringleford is a lovely area

I’d say somewhere in the NR2 postcode. If you can find somewhere in College road, there’s loads of schools around. And lovely neighborhood I am in the same situation where neither me or my partner drives and we just had a new born. Can say it’s very accessible to parks, shops, etc.

I’ve just moved to Rackheath and I’m originally from london. Absolutely loving the Norfolk lifestyle so far! Just feels like im constantly on holiday 🥰🤭

@Alice aww that’s great to know. I’m a creative and love a slower pace but still feel like I’m in a small city. I’ve lived in Surrey before but where I too quiet with me being single lol but planning a trip to Norwich in the next couple of months to get a good feel for it.

We just recently moved from London to Thorpe Hamlet (NR1) and loving it so far
