Meal prep ideas?

Hello! I am 6 weeks pp and I am struggling to find time to eat during the day. I would like to start meal prepping my lunches so I can have food I can easily warm up and eat even when holding baby. I am looking for suggestions. Preferably high protein options, currently I meal prep salmon with rice for a couple of days but want more ideas.

Maybe some nice lamb kebabs and potatoes salad? I make lamb kebabs, flatbreads and potato salad with some tzatziki for my lunch sometimes and it’s sooo good Could you do something slow cooker then dish into tubs and freeze? Stew, soup etc?

Pesto pasta with cooked chicken, add broccoli to pasta water whilst cooking pasta I made a bunch of black bean and scrambled egg burritos with taco seasoning n whatever veggies you fancy and grated cheese, then made them up froze them in foil, to defrost wrap one in damp kitchen roll microwave for 2 mins - v filling and tasty don’t take up too much room In freezer

Slow cooked soups they are great especially post partum. Like chicken and sweetcorn , or minestrone , turkey chilli with bacon or curries. You can also do pesto sauces and freeze them. Like basil pesto or raw tomato and almond pesto. Cous cous is great because it is fast and can add so many things like broccoli and chicken. I do put chicken and veggies in baking tray , put some seasoning then add it in your cous cous. Orzo is faster than rice too.

If you’re a fan of chat gpt, ask it to write you out a meal plan for the week and more. It’ll personalise it to your taste too
