Endometrial Biopsy
My doctor has recommended I have a endometrial biopsy before doing FET. I previously did 3 FETs:
1- didn’t stick
2- chemical pregnancy
3 - miscarriage in my 7th week.
My last FET was June of 2023. I have since changed fertility clinics and did a 2nd round of IVF with the new clinic/doctor. My doctor wants to investigate why 3 FETs did not result in a healthy pregnancy.
My question is has anyone had this biopsy done before? I am reading that it hurts a lot and I am not being offered anything pain control other than Advil and Ativan. I want to get it done but I am scared of the pain I have to go through.

I was scheduled for it 2 weeks ago but my period came early so it was cancelled. I go in for blood work and ultrasound on Tuesday and expect to get a biopsy date a week or so later. But I am really debating if I want to move forward with it or not. I’ve been watching YouTube videos about the procedure itself, and the comments all say how painful it is.

When are you going to have it done? I will have mine next week. At least they gave you ativan. They gave me nothing and said it was a piece of cake, but i also heard from others that it hurts a lot.
