Soft baby books (black and white), muslins, swaddle sleeping bag, maybe a little grooming kit. Sleep suits with hands and feet covering x
My work gave me a Cook voucher - was a lifesaver in the first few weeks when cooking felt impossible!
My friend gave me snufflebabe, calpol plug in, saline drops, snot sucker and calpol. She said when you have a newborn you wont think you will ever need them and all of a sudden 3 months go by and its 4am and baby has a cold and youre crying because the chemist is closed and she was right!!
A Cook voucher to fill up their freezer with yummy meals for early days and weeks with a newborn. Or would you be willing to go round and clean and wash up in early days? That would've been the best gift for me. Baby will be given all the material things but I bet practical help would be best appreciated x
Cook vouchers and white noise machine
The best present first time round was home cooked meals that went in the freezer - lasagne, stews, soups- kept me and hubby going! Best present with our second was a little pamper pack for me and new baby camera/monitor ☺️
White noise device. Zip up sleepsuits.
