Highly recommend a doula for birth and postpartum. My doula was really helpful during labor as we ended up in the hospital verus our planned birth center birth. I was very grateful she was there. I actually hire her for postpartum first then decided to have her as my birth doula. For postpartum it's been great to have some help to give me a break and she makes my yummy lactation treats and helps keeps me sane 😊 . My doula was amazing for my birth! Her name is Claire Kagen and she was really my rock through the entire delivery. Definitely recommend her, and wish we could have afforded some of her other services too!
