At one of my appointments somewhere in the 20w range it was 90/68. They didn’t say anything about it being low, but my BP is normally low
It is on the low side but anything where that first number is below 90 is classed as low blood x. Just take care getting up from sitting/lying and if you get any symptoms let them know! NHS website has advice on low blood pressure!
Your blood pressure can decrease during pregnancy. I'm also around 90/70-60 at every appt but my oh says it's normal (but they do say that for everything lol). I guess be happy it's not high!
Anything below 110 systolic is low. You need to make sure you drink plenty and be cautious when standing etc. If you get very dizzy or loose consciousness you need to see someone x
Normal is 120/80 so that’s normal.
It's on the low end of normal, mine is always around there. The midwives will view it as a good thing unless you ever reported feeling dizzy. It doesn't cause me any issues
I’ve been going through it with low blood pressure. The most reassuring thing I’ve heard is that you only need to worry when you are really feeling it. If you feel fine then you are probably fine as it drops in pregnancy. Just keep hydrated and I also keep a snacks with me at all times to try and keep energy levels stable. Sit up and stand up slowly. If you feel faint, do faint, lie down and see a dr, if you throw up, loose consciousness, or become incoherent go maternity triage if you have that. Especially if you also have a high heart rate.
Mine has always been 110/70 and since pregnancy I’m down to 88/56. Currently 12 weeks. That’s low. Are you loosing consciousness? What’s your normal? I take prenatal and make myself liver paté to raise my iron levels.
