We use tiger cubs too and no problems so far, my boy is very happy. Only does term time only though so no good for some people. It's now £83 a day without funding. With the 15 hours we are paying about £360 per month for 2 days and then using the tax free childcare reduces it further by 20%
We have registered for Smarties on Postley Road. Their prices were too bad and accept funded places.
@Alanna smarties is fab. My little boy has been there since he was 6 months old and loves it. If not using a funded place, it is £76.10 a day and includes breakfast, morning and afternoon snack, a hot lunch, and a light tea. And drinks (unless formula, you have to provide that). I now get the 15 hours free childcare so it works out at about £48 a day (3 days a week). It would have been £38ish a day but if you are using a funded place, they charge £12 for all the food etc.
My 2 year old goes to busy bees in Maidstone and started when he was 10 months old. I pay £79.50 a day without funding x
Tiger cubs nursery is really good defoo recommend, I get the ‘free childcare for working parents’ funding so that covers the hours he does. But still have to pay a ‘wrap around’ fee which is £13 a session this includes food, wipes napping etc etc, if you don’t get funding I think it’s around £36 a session x
