same sex couple here, not trans but we have 2 beautiful kiddos together 🫶🏼 we’re in Leeds so abit far but we run a group called ‘Queer Parents Leeds’ (on facebook) there’s a few trans families in the group who attend our meet ups. you could connect on facebook maybe?!
