milk supply help!

so i experienced some weird stomach bug or food poisoning about a week ago and wasn't able to eat anything substantial (mainly liquids and not very nutritionally sound) until today. i lost about 10lbs and my milk supply dropped substantially as a result. does anyone have any tips on how to bring back my milk supply asap? i used to feed my little one (now almost 5 months) mainly breastmilk, but now i can only produce around 4-6 oz of breastmilk a day and have had to substitute with formula and the milk in my freezer stash. i'd really appreciate any recommendations! 🫶🏼🍼

I hear the liquid gold stuff helped a few people. I had to steer clear of peppermint and anything in the family it cut my supply heavily. More oats helped me with supply

I've also done fenugreek &fennel tea

Of course! Sorry I didn’t see your post until now. I am new to navigating this app. Hydration is extremely important. And I would do electrolytes too. There are a lot of ideas of boosting supply with food sources like oatmeal, but milk supply is mainly based on demand. Your body is going to replace what you take out. Has it gone up at all the last 2 weeks?

@Kaley please don't apologize! i'm happy you're able to give me some advice 💝& honestly, yes and no? i've been extremely busy and then i caught a cold so it went back down because i didn't have the energy to pump, but i started power pumping for real yesterday (every 4 hours or so with a hand pump, but i'm going to start using my electric so i get a better suction) while being more consistent with my supplements (currently taking legendairy milk's milkapalooza) and i'm able to get 1-2 oz per pump, with it generally being more each time! i'll definitely add electrolytes to my day as well
