Weight gain/loss in pregnancy

So I had just had a baby six months prior to getting pregnant againšŸ˜¬ and I was considered slightly overweight not by much. Iā€™m 5ā€™4ā€and I was 146 pounds. Iā€™m now in my 2nd trimester and Iā€™m down to 142. I felt very comfortable when I was around 125 pounds. Obviously I know that with pregnancy comes weight gain and thereā€™s a safe amount of weight to gain during pregnancy. Just wanted to ask other ladies if any of you have lost that extra fat during a pregnancy with healthy eating and exercise and how thatā€™s worked for you?

Hiya , yes I ate well during my first pregnancy and gained only baby weight. As soon as I had the baby I didn't look pregnant at all and within 3 weeks was back to my pre pregnancy weight, I think staying healthy and eating well during pregnancy definitely helped to bounce back incredibly quickly and easily. With my second I didn't eat as well and after birth it took me a lot longer to get to a weight that I was comfortable with. Good luck šŸ˜Š

Second time momma. Iā€™m also 5ā€4 and 125lbs pre-pregnancy. With both pregnancies I gained more than 60lbs. I lost my pregnancy weight with the first, with exercise and eating healthy, took me about 18months to start feeling like myself again. Currently 6 months postpartum and Iā€™ve started to exercise and eat better again, already 11lbs down in the last month and a half while still breastfeeding. Give yourself time. I eat twice daily, incorporate some hiit workouts and also make sure I try to hit 10,000 steps daily
