Italian playgroups

Hi Newham mums! I have a 3 month old daughter and a nearly 4 year old son. I’m Italian and my partner is british. We speak English at home as my partner doesn’t speak Italian but since birth I’ve spoken exclusively Italian with both kids. My son understands everything I say in Italian but doesn’t speak it - I can tell he wants to but gets frustrated because he finds it hard. I can’t help but feeling a bit disappointed that in spite of my efforts he’s finding it hard to speak my language. I was looking for meet ups or playgroups with other families that speak Italian at home. I have found a German, Spanish, French and Finnish one but not Italian. Any suggestions of existing groups or other families that would like to connect? Thanks
