Health Anxiety in early pregnancy.

I’ve had health anxiety on and off for years. I have regular cbt to help. I’ve also have 3 mc’s. I’ve felt my health anxiety has increased massively since finding out I was pregnant again and has only gotten worse. I’m having moments of panic again, and lots of those physical systems that come with the anxiety. Which in turns creates more anxiety. I’ve had successful scans, and have no reason to be feeling worse as time goes on. Has anyone else experienced this and can assure me it will get better🤦🏼‍♀️. I had manageable anxiety with my first born, but this feels beyond manageable and I’m so frightened of it taking over my life again.

Have tried ashwagandha and running?

I have not. Is Ashwaganda safe in pregnancy? I started running before I had an another baby anxiety episode, but haven’t taken it back up again as I am pregnant again.

I took it but do some research into it first to see. People use antidepressants in pregnancy so I’m sure ashwagandha is. But just do some research first. Running has changed my life xx
