Anyone managing to finger prick and not leave bruising? My fingers look and feel awful!

On the middle setting, I’ve found any lower I can’t get enough blood and get an error reading. Will try again though thank you x
I find making sure my finger tips are warm before hand really helps stop the bruising and helps the blood flow better x
What setting do you have it on? You don't need more than setting "1" or "2" . Otherwise it can be very unnecessarily painful
