Nursery availability

LO is 15 months now and thinking she’s ready for a few half days at nursery. There are 3 that I’ve viewed and liked but have a waiting list of up to a year !! What are people meant to do in this situation? They tell me I’ve been added to the waiting list but whether they actually have or not I won’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ I live around Pennhill area. If anyone knows of any good nursery’s or even childminders close to my location could you please comment below. Thank you

I found similar since moving here recently 🤦‍♀️ Stupidly went with a nursery that did have availability but now I’ve realised why. In the chaos of moving I totally forgot to check their offsted report / rating. Seems a big shortage down here of nursery places sadly

@Emma Yeah I agree, definitely a shortage. I think I’ll look into a child minder when the time comes, in the new year. Hope you’ve settled from your big move.
