Looking for hair colourist/ hairdresser- BLONDE hair

During Pregnancy i stopped colouring (always had very light shades) Year and half- grew out full length of my natural colour, tried colouring at home with same product i used before- it wouldn’t set or turned orange. Looking for professional help. Harlow (newhall preferably)
