Can't remember title! Help!

So I want to re read a book I read a long time ago but can't remember the title, can't even find on google. It was about these teens that had tattoos that would show up at a certain age and the tattoo gave them powers/gifts. The main girl had a fairy tattoo and hers was in color while all the other kids only had black ones. Does this sound familiar to anyone??? I think it may have been a series.
