Symptoms

Can anyone tell me if they have had tender breast's each time they were pregnant? Or was this particular symptom different for each pregnancy? I had it for my first pregnancy but this time.. I have lots of cramps and am tired all the time but no tenderness. I'm on day 9 after and an FET.
