NCT classes
Hi! FTM here! I’m starting NCT antenatal classes on Tuesday, I’m a bit anxious. Could people tell me what they are like and what to expect? If anyone from Tunbridge Wells is going to them too please let me know!

I went to one in tonbridge, they were evenings 2 hours sessions and then we had a full day session on a Saturday. I took a notepad and pen and made notes. But one thing I definitely took from it is you are in control of your birth so know what options are available to you, if you don’t want something like an induction you can decline it. Hospitals do try and pressure you into certain things but if baby is safe theirs no reason to speed up a process, there was 5 other couples in our nct. No question is to silly and it was a really nice thing to do makes you feel that bit prepared x

They are very educational I found them helpful, gained lots of knowledge and also was added into a WhatsApp group with everyone we met, I go out weekly with all our babies as you tend to be all due the same month
