Does she suck the pacifier or bottle still? Sometimes that causes frequent ear infections. But yes, get a referral to an ent.

@Yaasmeen she has never taken a paci. And she stopped taken bottles once she turned 1.
Has she had her tonsils and adenoids looked at? I work at an ENT office and we see kids who have tubes placed also sometimes have tonsils and adenoids removed. If these are too large they could be blocking the Eustachian tube which could lead to fluid build up in the middle ear and those could turn into infections. Her GP could take a look and see and maybe send a rush note to her ENT if needed. Maybe ask them to do a peer to peer so her GP can inform the ENT of her symptoms and concerns and need to be seen sooner. Good luck!
Call another ent. See if pediatrician can send a referral over to ent. Sometimes that works best.
