Has anyone given their baby goat milk formula whose baby has a cow milk protein allergy?

My LO was on Nutramigen from 6 weeks old until around 13ish months! Now, she’s on Kendamil Toddler Formula which is goat and she has done really well with it!

Did your pediatrician give you the OK to switch after a certain age? @Shelby

I didn’t really ask 😅 She’s 17 months now but she doesn’t eat solids yet (she’s in feeding therapy) so once she was 13 months, I wanted her to have a toddler formula that wasn’t cows milk and the only one that I read really good reviews on was the Kendamil so we gradually switched. Her pediatrician is ok with it! I just didn’t ask 🤷🏻‍♀️

my breast milk supply was tanking so I had to start supplementing with formula and because of the shortage we had to get the kendamil goat over the kendamil organic cow’s milk and my daughter started having diarrhea and her poop would be foamy. She also started to have stomach pains. however, I’m not sure if it’s because of the goat milk itself or because it was something new.
