2 year old Birthday Celebration
Hi amazing mamas!!
I can't believe our little ones are about to turn 2 soon!!
For his 1st birthday, I went all out, but I felt like I missed spending quality time with him.
He’ll soon want to celebrate with his friends, so this year, it’ll just be the three of us enjoying the day together.
I’m looking for ideas on where we can take him!
I thought about getting a boat license and taking him on a boat ride, but it's too cold for that now—maybe in the summer.
Right now, I’m thinking of visiting Bubble Planet, followed by a paint splash activity where he can play with paint, and ending the day at Karttown, where he can ride a car with me behind him.
Any other creative ideas for a fun and special day together?

Chill was definitely the vibe I was going for this year😅
We went to an indoor playground. Last year we went to Riverdale Zoo
I felt the same about the first birthday, actually got pressured into having one, and also about parties with friends coming up. We kept the second bday low key here, I had a set up with decorations and the gifts layed out waiting to wake up to. I just let that be enjoyed for the morning, and then in the afternoon we went to a new bi-level play cafè to enjoy with 1 close age cousin and bestie. Homemade cupcakes and presents at the house to finish off. I didn't want it to be to busy and overstimulating, because my LO doesn't enjoy things then. I can't believe our babes are 2 already 😭
