Inappropriate touching

So my special needs daughter kept touching on her younger siblings inappropriately. She's never been around it and it was never done to her. The only place she had been was home and school and I was with her 24/7. Fast forward to years later, she is still inappropriate but nothing physically so far. She has this affinity for younger children. Like any child that's not able to speak up for their self young.... She will play with them as if she is there age.Should I tell other parents? I keep telling her that I don't want her hanging around kids that aren't her age but she doesn't listen. Does anyone have any advice?

In my opinion, this is an issue where you should seek advice from a professional. I would also have a conversation asking if anyone has ever touched her the way she is touching her siblings. Maybe therapy would help her open up. Also not sure of her age and extent of her disability, etc but my daughter has no real concept of age so telling her to play with children her own age likely won’t help.
