I'm 37 weeks and have been in the same boat since about the same time. Pregancy has been great until now. Laying down isn't comfortable, sitting, standing, walking. I'm as exhausted as first trimester but so much heavier and with way less balance. Talking to my birth team, their only advice is to rest as much as possible to prepare for labor. But resting feels impossible when I can't get comfortable!! Can't wait till baby is here and I can hold him and have my body back 😭
Same here just over 33 weeks and I’m already done 😩 my hips, back and stomach hurt a lot especially when laying in bed on my side. If I walk too much my belly gets really tight and uncomfortable and my baby is definitely running out of room cause he always has his butt or back pressed right up against my stomach which is also uncomfortable feels like he’s trying to push his way out lol I find a belly band does help a bit if your going to be on your feet a lot, but so far I haven’t really found a solution
I'm 33 weeks and know exactly how you feel 🥲. My yoga ball has been a lifesaver for my hips and pelvis when the couch is feeling way too uncomfortable. My U-shaped pregnancy pillow helps at night to a point but it is getting more difficult to feel comfortable in bed which isn't helping my pregnancy insomnia which I've had my entire pregnancy 🥲
Honestly I’m trying to figure this out now. I’m 30 weeks and everything just seems like a struggle all of a sudden. She’s moving a lot as usual, I get Braxton hicks more often, having pelvic pain now which I didn’t have before, back pain, the random and weird dreams, being sleepy all the time, not being able to get comfortable no matter how I lay it’s a struggle I totally get it. Praying for us all lol
Ugh, yes! 33wks and I feel like I started waddling this week. I bought a small wedge pillow for sleeping- my pelvic floor PT suggested it- and that’s helped. Otherwise doing stretching & mobility in addition to my workouts (still doing resistance training 5x/wk), but I feel drained/tired after work most days. Trying to rest when I can, but it’ll be 35+ weeks before I have more time to myself.
Same... currently 33 weeks 😫 just got another type of pregnancy pillow. Hopefully, the new one will help 🤞 also waiting for this big Nesting energy to start...😒 so much to do but too tired and out of breath to do it 🙃
I'm 36 weeks, and feeling the same! The worst for me is sleep at night, sometimes waking up 2:40, not sleeping until 3:30 then waking up at 5... honestly every night different times ... And it is hard for me to fall back to sleep... I was scared thinking about the pain of labour, but now I'm coming to the point, I want the baby to come sooner then later 😊 Also seating too long is too painful for me, as well as when going for a walk, I need breaks to sit down or best would be to have a portable bed with me 😂... I know pregnancy is a blessing, but now I know that last week's are really really hard!
Im the same, can't sleep well, pee constantly, pelvic pain all the time, tired and fatigue, braxton hicks, talked to consultants they said all normal, nothing to do, seriously how other people enjoying pregnancy 😂
