How long does it last in your system??

Firstly no judgement please.
I’m planning on smoking with my old smoke buddies this coming Saturday and wondering how long it will stay in my system?
I breastfeed but have some frozen, just wondering when it’ll be safe to feed him from my breast again?

Thc only stays in breastmilk for up to 6 days. Idk where the fuck that first commenter got 3 months from lmfaooo the estimated half life of thc thru breastmilk is 27 hours. Meaning that thc levels start to decrease noticeably at 27 hours

You could do 2 days if you’d wanna be on the absolute safer side but 1 day of frozen feeds should be enough from my understanding. Even if you only waited 2-6 hours between consuming thc & breast feeding the thc that’s transferred is around .08% of the peak concentration of thc consumed. But every individual is different & it’s whatever you feel comfortable doing!
