When you baby dance…..
Coming off my period, when would you say is the best time to baby dance? Before ovulating or I between??

Every 2-3 days is what worked for us Gives him enough time to make new juice and mature the sp**m. Gives enough time for sp**me to swim upstream (can live up to 5 days). Keeps thing son the romantic side, as not dancing every single day. Increased frequency if/when really can't keep hands of each other. But, yes, our specialist had told us "every day" is too often, no time for maturation= lack strength, reduced quality and quantity. Best of luck

The sperm stays alive for up to 5 days. I would say the first day of ovulation, so on the highest day of ovulation it’s still there, but I would suggest having sex all these days of ovulation
