When I first entered peri around 36ish, but didn’t even know what peri was, I didn’t have an OB that I trusted since the one I had for years for regular pap visits treated me so awful during my first pregnancy. I had tried several diff OBs & made an appointment with a new woman doc, I was so happy she had a new patient opening, bc I had 5 periods in a row, or at least that’s how it felt, 1 would end and start up again a few hours later equaling 5 weeks straight. She didn’t even tell me about peri and basically brushed it off as no big deal. My periods are really painful & my BP was really high at this point, but she basically told me to relax, didn’t even do an exam, just vitals & q’s. Sorry I’m no help, I think it’s pretty common for us to blown off for this issue. From there my peri symptoms bc more obvious & I basically diagnosed myself for my next and final OB, who actually does take my health seriously. I did get a 9m break from peri during my last pregnancy, it’s almost temping😂
Yes I experienced 2 periods in a month …started taking maca powder which a natural dr recommended and now I am regular again. Should see a Dr of some sort about it
