So I’m 27 my bd is 25 we broke up a few months ago. He started hanging with this girl from work he said was just a friend. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago he tells me he wants to try poly and would I be ok with it. I agreed because I had an interest in that. So now we’re back together and he’s also with the girl from his job that he said was just a friend. The kicker is she’s 50 years old with a 31 year old son that lives with her. She has to pay when they go out because he don’t ever have any money and she has to work two jobs to afford her apartment. I’m upset because of her age and the fact we didn’t get to pick a woman together. Thoughts/opinions?

He said said that to get w her, sounds like he wanted her and asked to get permission to be with her or anyone as well as you. I don’t think he’s interested in mutual decisions in the way the respectful poly relationships are, he just wants his cake and to eat it too
