I don't think anyone would know that caspii meant white or associate it with Caspian. I just think of the sea or the prince.
@Violeta💕 just the color I'm pretty sure
I realized that I sound slow in my question. Lol It's been a long day. But yeah.
I feel like kids don’t typically know what their name means.
Caspian reads to me like the Sea or like Prince Caspian from the Narnia books.
Caspian is a super dope name to have. No child will be like “your name means white”
@Parker 又 someone who's name means "park keeper" would say that 😏😂
@Raqi seee and most people get it wrong and think I’m some how a valet.
My initial thoughts are Caspian Sea. So I would have assumed Asian origin. I don’t think anyone would assume it derived from Caspii honestly..
Now I’m like… is that why the ghost was called Casper?!
@Jaimmie LMFAO I THOUGHT THIS TOO
Thanks everyone :)
I think it depends. To a lot of people origin is important and the meaning is important but it really just matters to you and family/partner. I used to get bullied for my name and I think kids will be more likely to bully if it’s different or sounds “stupid” or it’s long or something like that. I dunno if kids will go and look up what the origin of the name is to bully someone xxx
@Parker 又 😂 that's hilarious 🤣

@Natalie my all time favorite joke is “Parker?? I don’t even know her dude” I think it’s fucking hilarious but it doesn’t always land
I don’t think anyone will know or care, choose whatever name you like
@Parker 又 😂😂😂 My kid is autistic and people often say to me "he doesn't act autistic" ... my reply is "yeah I paid more for that feature" it also isn't understood by a lot of people 😄
Maybe not bullied but the origin is important I think. Does it mean white as in Caucasian or white as a color?
