Sorry to hear that. Have you tried any mindfulness? That can be really helpful. I also like to try and do activities that occupy my brain when I'm anxious - for me that's crochet or something I need to focus on so I can't think about anything else. You can always speak to your midwife about it too and they may have referrals or advice.
I feel exactly the same way, it's been so bad the last few days and can't figure out what set it off!
