I have been getting upset recently. I wouldn’t say I’ve been overly stressed it’s been more of a one of type of thing. I’m just worried for the baby does anybody know if it can have any affect? I’m 20+2 🩷🩷

Same 😩🙁🫂 I try to talk to my baby during or after

They say stress can affect the baby I think it natural to stress and worry. During my second trimester my emotions were all over it good to have someone to talk to and do things to relax you. I also agree with talking to baby I used to talk to my baby all the time during stress after stress rubbing my tummy to give them comfort. I was really worried it would affect my baby but I am pleased to say I am blessed with a 7 month old. Just because your pregnant it doesn't make our feelings go away if anything it heightens them. A midwife taught me it's okay not to be okay and just let your feelings be and it was the best advice I ever heard.

@Becky Thankyou so much this makes me feel better 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

@Nikita i do the same! 🫶🏽😢

I am in the same boat. I know that I’ve read a whole bunch of stuff that’s like “stress has a huge affect on baby” but I think most of the time it’s talking about constant intense life situational stress, not smaller episodes of being upset or angry or stressed or whatever. Your body is built to grow a healthy baby in normal conditions, including all of life’s common emotions and experiences.

And The worst thing is being constantly reminded that “ its not normal to stress during pregnancy it could harm the baby” … i stress more when someone reminds me i need to stop stressing…. Honestly girl it normal to stress we are humans not robots. Dont beat yourself down and dont stress over stress… just go with the flow .. you got this💘

@Heshna Thankyou so much lovely 🩷🩷
