Babies ear

Hi guys, I have a question - my baby has this thing (picture) on her ear. It appears probably once in 2/3 weeks on her either ear. Today it happened again in her left ear. Dont know what it is. I clean it with jojoba oil and ear bud. It disappears completely and the skin is spotless to my eyes. Nothing is on the skin. Unless its something I should be seeing with a magnufying glass. Please help
