Honestly pure junk. At this stage in pregnancy eat what you can and focus on nutrition in the 2nd trimester
eat what you can when you can and just anything you fancy as youll know youll eat it cause thats what you want to eat
I have ADHD and one of my biggest problems is eating. I don’t usually eat at all - probably just one meal in the evening and a few biscuits in the day if I recognise some hunger. Since I have found out about my bean I have been absolutely ravenous, with terrible Hanger…and had to eat at every opportunity. I find the longer I go between eating the worse my nausea gets too so trying to eat little and often. I’m finding it an absolute nightmare planning my food though - hopefully I’ll get better at it!! X
My appetite is through the roof. I am only 6+4 and already have cravings 😂 i think try and eat more fruits so you don't get much nausea
I’m honestly the same. Food is not the most appealing thing to me atm but I know it’s important so just try and eat bits that I can throughout the day but the nausea is a real struggle …
I’m just eating what I can, when I can. Small and often seems to work best for avoiding the nausea right now 😬
