@Lenka Thank you so much for the advice! I appreciate it. I hope she does outgrow it 🤞🏽 x
@Tawmina I've been told 3-6m later they usually want to try again with the milk ladder. I did it myself and my LO was fine and has no issues with milk, so hopefully you'll have the same experience X But let me warn you, vegan cheese is not the tasties thing in the world 🥴
My lo is cmpa. Honestly there are so many vegan alternatives for most things. We use flora buttery, violife cheddar, plant based philidelphia, alpro yogurt and growing up oat milk. We cook the same for her but with substitutes, there’s not much we haven’t been able to make a version of for her xx
@Natallie Oh that's good to know! Thank you ❤️ xx
@Lenka Ahh okay! I hope so aswell. I paid for her allergy test privately as I kept getting dismissed. Oh god, I look forward to seeing her face when she tries that 🫣 x
I went off dairy when LO was born and it got rid off her colic, so I know how overwhelming it is to start with. I would suggest you swap 90% of the things in the house for dairy free - milk, butter, cream, cheese, yoghurt are super easy as you have alternatives, but then you don't have to worry when cooking. If she gets biscuits, supermarkets have free from section, go there, you'll find decent amount. Shredded wheat/Weetabix have no dairy. It's a shock, but in a couple of weeks you'll be pro And remember, with babies it might not be long term, they often outgrow the allergy x
